Marketing and Business Development Event Management Professional Presentations and Training Facilitation Entire Client List WA Timber Decking Kalamunda, West Australia Paul Oorschot, owner of WA Timber Decking knew he could take his in demand business to the next level. He had just got started on new branding and understood he'd need professional help to coordinate the total marketing strategy. In a short space of time Jump Marketing has worked closely with his designers to build a brand new website, produce promotional brochures and revamp his Homebase Expo site. We have managed all aspects of copywriting, concept designs and liaison, photography, advertising strategies, printing, signwriting and more. WA Timber Decking continues to prosper and grow, even in difficult 'recession' times. www.watimberdecking.com.au Perth Football Club Lathlain, West Australia We handled the promotions for the Perth Football Club for 5 years. While their promotional budget changed each year, we were able to consistently maintain their community profile. Every season Jump Marketing produced weekly media releases. Over 95% of these were published due excellent relationships with the media. We also assisted with sponsorship proposals resulting in the Perth Football Club never being without a major sponsor during our involvement. We have also designed their logo and updated their corporate image, produced their newsletter, and organised their home game community events. www.perthdemons.com.au The Perth Football continues to prosper and grow using the sound marketing principles we established for them. WA Football Commission Subiaco, West Australia "We contracted Jump Marketing to conduct a major research study and manage five promotional events. We were very impressed with their attention to detail, creativity and depth of the research. The fact that it came in under budget was a double bonus!" Grant Dorrington, General Manager, WA Football League Road and Traffic Services Bayswater, West Australia We have been working with Road and Traffic Services since 1993. Back then they were a small father and son business with a vision. We started with new branding, logos and promotional material. Over the years we have assisted with expo materials and booths, websites, direct marketing and more. Today they are one of the most profitable and respected road safety businesses in West Australia. www.roadtraffic.com.au "We have grown from a small line marking operation to one of the largest companies of its kind in WA. Jump Marketing has helped us from the beginning with our corporate identity, brochures, web design and direct mail strategies. I like the way they have taken the time to understand our business" Jason Goff, Director, Road and Traffic Services Nanga Bush Camp Dwellingup West Australia Jump Marketing worked virtually full time for over 18 months to make the new owners of Nanga Bush Camp's vision become a reality. This Campsite is the largest of its kind in WA but it was still to reach its full potential. To do this we devised strategies to encourage a larger percentage of clients to return on a regular basis. We spoke personally to existing clients then produced the tools and information systems they wanted. Jump Marketing wrote and produced newsletters, the original website and advertising material. We designed their logo and corporate image and created new packages and value added services. We promoted their site and services to corporate organisations, the public and educational institutions, and created strategic alliances with other organisations. All systems were improved - from phone and paperwork systems to activities and caretaker services… right down to the welcome cards left for every guest! It worked. Customer retention reached an all time high of 80% making Nanga Bush Camp the most profitable site of its kind in WA. www.nangabush.com "With Jump Marketing's help we have increased our turnover by an average of 15% for 2 years. Some of our traditionally low month's turnovers have improved by 50% and our customer rebooking rate is up as high as 80%. This is a profitable and very satisfying partnership." Richard Anderson, General Manager, Nanga Bush Camp Feng Shui Fortunes Kalamunda, West Australia When we first met Kylie from Feng Shui Fortunes, the business was organised and off to a very good start, but the branding needed improving. We designed all logos, stationery and branding across all the promotional material, and did the copywriting for their website. Feng Shui Fortunes' marketing distribution strategy was a combination of Party Plan and private consultation. What wasn't working to its optimum was the party plan income. To determine why, we hosted a Feng Shui Fortunes' party and invited friends and guests. Here we could witness the communication techniques and strategies used in a typical presentation. Armed with this research we constructed a new presentation strategy. We also designed, wrote and produced an informative catalogue and brochure. The results of these changes resulted in the Party Plan income going up by 45% - and that was in the very next party just utilising the new presentation techniques! Jump Marketing also devised a more comprehensive customer relationship strategy, and direct marketing plan. Feng Shui Fortunes went on to become highly regarded and sat amongst the top three Feng Shui consultancies in Perth. The new owner – Fran Maunton – continues to use Jump Marketing to keep Feng Shui Fortunes fine tuned and profitable. www.fengshuifortunes.com The Wright Design Company "Jump Marketing helped us create a new corporate image and a marketing plan that fitted my budget. They assist us to implement each step resulting in my business turnover improving by 20% during the last year.
